Personal & Professional Qualifications: Upon graduating from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania, Andy began his financial industry career working as a Registered Representative and Sales Associate in retail annuity marketing with John Hancock Financial Services in 1985. In 1989, Andy worked with consulting firms focused on supplemental executive retirement programs and advanced estate planning in partnership with John Hancock Financial Services, Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company, New York Life Insurance Company, Manufacturer's Life Insurance Company and Citibank Private Bank. In November of 1991, Andy was hired by Prudential Defined Contribution Services as an Account Representative managing and developing institutional §403(b), §457 and §401(k) clients nationally. In December of 1995, Andy was recruited by Diversified Investment Advisors to head marketing and assist in sales strategies in developing Diversified's governmental §457 market. Andy joined The Legend Group in 1999 as Vice President of Corporate Development. Since that time, he has been integrally involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm and assisting Legend Retirement Advisors with issues concerning business development, asset allocation and portfolio management strategies. At the same time, Andy managed the majority of school districts throughout Florida as Agent of record and was instrumental in expanding and developing Legend's §403(b) and §457 business. In June of 2005, Andy transitioned to the role of Regional Vice President of Florida. In this capacity, Andy focuses on recruiting new Retirement Advisors and developing and increasing employee participation and satisfaction levels throughout the State. Andy currently resides in Jupiter, FL and is married with one daughter who attends elementary school in Palm Beach County, Florida.
