Administrative Assistant/LAC
Conscientious, multi-tasking individual needed for various duties in the new LAC Office located on PGA Blvd next to the Mall. Duties will include, but will not be limited to, switchboard, general office duties, meeting preparations for guests, liaison with Legend’s Office Manager as respects phones, supplies, office equipment, etc.


Event Planner/Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for planning all corporate and field events
Assist in the daily activities of the Marketing Department
Work directly with marketing team, sales and field management to facilitate projects and enhance work flow within the Marketing Department
 
Reports to: National Sales Manager
 
Duties:
Execute the management of projects from conception to completion
Provide communications as directed to Management and the sales force
Manage all aspects of the event planning process for corporate and field events
Maintain all projects within budget and time constraints
Support the Design Team in securing information necessary to complete design projects
Write and distribute department and project correspondence as required
Primary marketing contact for internal corporate staff and external sales management
Coordinate projects with outside vendors and field management
Additional duties as required
 
Skills:
Proven ability as an event planner
Capability to work within a corporate environment
Strong verbal and communication skills
Problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated ability to multi-task
Ability to work without close supervision
 
Computer Applications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Data Entry Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
Set up new accounts and update existing accounts on the AS400 system.
Identify errors made on paperwork before accounts are set up.
Correct errors identified by Quality Control after accounts are set up.
 
Qualifications:
Requires speed and accuracy at entering information into the system.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Ability to utilize the internet for research.
Must be able to meet daily deadline.
 
Requirements:
Previous data entry skills.
 
Education:
High School Diploma.


Research Assistant

Responsibilities:
Compile and report Company’s model account performance metrics.
Employ analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills to improve overall business and reporting performance.
Assist with the preparation of presentation materials aimed at Executive Staff.
Research data and calculate performance statistics and ratios.
Prepare monthly financial report package.
 
Qualifications:
Candidates must have strong computer skills, including excellent Excel skills, be self-motivated and a solid team player.
Requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong attention to detail is critical.
MS SQL experience a plus

Advisory Operations Support

Responsibilities:
Assists in the monitoring of allocations and re-balancing in investment models
Processes fee collection for custodial and advisory services
Production and mailing of custodial and advisory services quarterly statements
 
Qualifications:
Requires solid analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple competing demands
Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel

Advisory Quality Control Specialist
Knowledge of AS400 system; experience working/financial paperwork a plus, as you will be looking for mistakes made on financial applications entered into our system. Accurate, fast delivery and ability to meet daily deadlines; positive attitude. Will train.


Key Accounts/Internal Support
Work closely with Key Accounts Manager to support relationships, develop & implement procedures & increase sales of our innovative investment management programs through 3rd party channels. Prepare proposals, presentations, reports & email. NASD Series 6/pass within one year.


Research Analyst
Seeking qualified individual to join our Investment Management Department.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on financial modeling and forecasting. Assist with the design and development of new forecasting models.

Requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong quantitative and organizational skills along with a thorough understanding of corporate finance principles and financial modeling concepts are required.
Candidates must possess the ability to interact effectively with business partners and all levels of management.
Strong attention to detail is critical.
Candidates must have strong computer skills, be proficient in Excel, self-motivated and a solid team player.
MS SQL experience a plus
 
Requirements:
Quantitative Skills and Excel testing required prior to interview. Monetary bonus paid upon successful testing and completion of interview.
 
Education:
Bachelors Degree required; preferred majors - math, engineering, business.
